If you receive multiple codes after placing multiple orders, you cannot return or exchange them. The reason is that we cannot check with your provider whether your credit has been used or passed on. 

Tip: You can sell/give your top-up code to someone else. Or buy a separate SIM card from the provider concerned. That way you will still be able to use the purchased top-up. Please note that your phone must be simlock free if you want to use any given provider. In many cases, codes are valid for up to 1.5 years after the date of purchase (provider related)


If you have not received your paid for product, please contact our customer service. They are able to check the status of your order and find out whether it is possible to re-deliver or refund your order.
